Casa Vista Azul is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa located in Laguna Hills on a private paved cul-de-sac with security gate and only a short walk to the stunning beach that stretches for miles. Â There is a brand new pool and jacuzzi - perfect place to take in the panoramic views. The rooftop terrace is an entertainer's dream with BBQ, large fire-pit and views that go on forever. Â CDC cleaning standards.Â
The price includes access to the Beachfront club* (minimum consumption requirements apply / seating is subject to availability / age restrictions apply) and Fitness Center* membership for the duration of your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Master bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
- Master bedroom #2, top floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.
- Guest bedroom #1, ground floor, has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.
- Detached bedroom with private access has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Garden view.Â
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Max occupancy - 8 people.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
